Hamilton Re, the reinsurance arm of Hamilton Insurance is making its mark in the industry by virtue of its willingness to embrace changes and to think outside the box. Its CEO, Kathleen Reardon, personifies that philosophy. In the interview she explains how she and her team seek out new young - and tech savvy - talent; build office spaces in Bermuda, London and the U.S. that are user friendly, and try to work with brokers to quickly determine the best reinsurance solutions for their clients.
