V3 Insurance Partners President Brian Janitschke spoke with Insurance Journal's Elizabeth Blosfield about the strategies he's seen as most effective in attracting younger talent into the insurance industry as older workers begin to retire. He stressed the importance of making younger employees feel valued and giving them a voice within the company.
"If employees feel valued, they're more apt to stick around and more apt to join your company, so that's how we position ourselves with the younger group," he said.
Janitschke was speaking at the 2018 WSIA Annual Marketplace held in Atlanta.
