Initiatives undertaken by the NAIC Cybersecurity Task Force in 2015 are setting the stage for a model law to be developed this year, according to North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm. In this interview with Carrier Management during the Property/Casualty Insurance Joint Industry Forum, Hamm describes one of the four initiatives completed--a Consumer Bill of Rights adopted in December--and the sense of urgency among regulators about cybersecurity.
