Standing on a windswept hill in early September 2020, Bob Reville, the company's CEO and co-founder, and Adam Grossman, VP of emerging risk and co-founder, warn about the litigation potential from PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), the so-called "forever chemicals," which are everywhere and don't degrade, as well as COVID-19 and 5G wireless technology, to name a few. The trends in mass litigation and social inflation are also examined.
