Sean Harper, the co-founder and CEO of Kin, stood out at the recent American Property Casualty Insurance Association annual meeting in Boston. While most executives at the event wore suits and ties or business casual wear, Harper wore a black T-shirt with his company logo emblazoned on the front. He was there to get the word out about his Chicago-based InsurTech startup, and spoke with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer on Oct. 21 about his company's goals and mission.
