Nat Wienecke, senior vice president of Government Relations at the American Property and Casualty Insurance Association, said that insurers are closely following two cannabis issues in Congress. During a Carrier Management interview at the APCIA Annual Meeting on Oct. 21 in Boston, Wienecke explained the issues in greater detail.
