Earlier this year, A.M. Best disclosed plans to start incorporating innovation evaluations into its rating process. Stefan Holzberger, A.M. Best's chief rating officer, gave Carrier Management an update on those efforts during the 2019 APCIA Annual Meeting on Sept. 21, 2019.
