Jamie Manners, an account manager at Hardenbergh Insurance Group in Marlton, N.J., recently spoke with Insurance Journal's Elizabeth Blosfield about how she got her start in the insurance industry, the benefits and challenges she has experienced throughout her career and the ways she has seen the industry continue to transform.
"[Insurance] is always evolving, which I love," she told Insurance Journal. "You're constantly learning something new and as the world changes with technology, so does the insurance business."
Manners was a panelist at a July roundtable held at ReSource Pro's offices in Manhattan, in which a group of six millennial-generation insurance industry employees sat down to discuss their perspectives on insurance and how they hope to impact the industry through their careers.
