Recently Gallagher Bassett celebrated its 55th anniversary while its parent company, Arthur J. Gallagher, celebrated its 90th anniversary. According to Caryn Siebert, vice president of carrier practice, the firm's longevity is owed to ensuring quality service and value to customers as well as employee education.
