Property/casualty insurers generally came out ahead in the Trump tax cut bill, according to David Sampson, president and CEO of the Property/Casualty Insurers Association of America. He spoke with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer at the 2018 III Joint Industry Forum in New York on Jan. 16.
