More than three years after suggesting that Saint Joseph's University study the demographics of the insurance industry, Erin Hamrick, a founding partner of Sterling James, sponsored another study--this one surveying graduates of Drake University to find out how insurance measures up against other industries on gender equality. Hamrick discussed both studies, previewing intriguing results about mentoring from the Drake study in an interview with Carrier Management at the IICF Women in Insurance Global Conference.
