The cornerstone of former New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's campaign against AIG and Maurice "Hank" Greenberg was a finite reinsurance transaction with General Re for which no evidence emerged of any wrongdoing by Greenberg. Wells Media Group's Andy Simpson asked Greenberg, author of a new book , The AIG Story, about that transaction and his current view of the role of finite reinsurance. Also his view of the role of an insurance CEO.
