When Pranav Pasricha, Global Head P&C Solutions for Swiss Re, visits the reinsurer’s teams in Zurich, he gets the sense that the company has hired just about “every class, every year of all the PhDs in remote sensing” coming out of UZH, one of the top universities in the world.
