The second half of 2017 tested insurers to the limit with record catastrophes. Charles Chamness, president and CEO of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, sees a number of ways to reform the system. He explained during an interview with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer, at the III Joint Industry Forum in New York on Jan. 16.
