Argo Group CEO Mark Watson, speaking during the III Joint Industry Forum in New York on Jan. 16, said insurance recruitment of younger employees "can always go better." In a conversation with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer, Watson insisted the industry has nonetheless made real progress.
