Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) President and CEO Julie Rochman spoke with Insurance Journal's Elizabeth Blosfield about the many natural disasters seen in 2017, from hurricanes, to flooding to wildfires, and how she hopes this will incentivize the financial markets to get a better handle on risk and focus on resilience as an investment, rather than an expense. Rochman was a panelist at the Insurance Information Institute's 2018 P/C Joint Industry Forum, held January 16 at New York City's Marriott Marquis.
