The Agents Council for Technology, also known as ACT, was established in 1999 by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. The council's goal is to create and advocate for effective and consistent agent technology work flow.

ACT's Executive Director Ron Berg recently sat down with Insurance Journal at the Big "I" Legislative Conference to discuss the customer experience and technology's impact. He also examined issues on cybersecurity and tools to improve ease of doing business such as e-signature.
