Deep Customer Connections, a research and consulting firm focused on the interactions between P/C carriers and agents, has teamed up with Wells Media's Insurance Journal on a research project to be published early in 2015. Here, Nort Salz, CEO and president of Deep Customer Connections, took a break from tabulating the results to describe his firm's mission and the scope of the first annual joint survey of independent agents with Wells Media.
