If you are uploading to submit to our One-Minute Innovator series, please remember the following guidelines:

Content:

  1. Keep it 30–60 seconds total (anything over 60 minutes will be disqualified to participate).
  2. End with a call-to-action and make it easy for viewers to connect!

Technical:

  1. Vertical recording only, like TikTok or Reels
  2. Hold your phone steady (or prop it up!)
  3. Face a window or bright light
  4. Speak clearly and confidently
  5. If you have a mic, amazing! If not, just get close to the phone.
