According to Scott Deetz, CEO of Entrepreneurial Advantage (the firm charged with getting Project CAP launched), 2012 saw the development of a solid foundation characterized by the launch of key programs for Project CAP. In this podcast, Scott discusses three progress areas. First, major work has been completed in the groundwork for launching the Trusted Choice site and consumer portal at the end of first-quarter 2013. Secondly, 2012 saw the implementation of several successful digital marketing programs aimed at ensuring individual agencies are found when consumers do local online searches for insurance resources. Finally, this past year marked the launch of a program aimed helping individual producers develop their personal brands to supplement an agency's online presence.

Scott said "2013 will see aggressive expansion and growth in each of these three areas."

To lead Project CAP in 2013 and beyond, Scott also announced that the national search of a permanent CEO has been concluded with the selection of Charles (Chip) Bacciocco. Stay tuned... We will be interviewing Chip in the near future.
