Washington Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler's bid for a fourth term in office would give him 16 years as the state's top insurance regulator and make him the nation's longest currently serving insurance commissioner, that's if he defeats Republican opponent Martin Rielly, who has an extensive insurance background

Kreidler, a consumer friendly Democrat, talked implementing aspects of the Affordable Care Act, why he's seeking office again, the state's environment for insurance companies - and regulations and legislation he expects to see in the next year or two. He also took a swipe at Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna over McKenna's efforts to overturn federal healthcare reform.
