Kreidler, a consumer friendly Democrat, talked implementing aspects of the Affordable Care Act, why he's seeking office again, the state's environment for insurance companies - and regulations and legislation he expects to see in the next year or two. He also took a swipe at Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna over McKenna's efforts to overturn federal healthcare reform.
