Richard Kerr is bullish on exchanges for small agencies. That's understandable given that he is founder and CEO of Dallas, Texas-based insurance exchange MarketScout. In this interview from the recent Western Insurance Agents Association's Insurance Industry Roundtable, Kerr discusses how exchanges have evolved and why he thinks they are the wave of the future for small agencies. He says that while exchanges provide markets for agencies, they can also offer a lot more.
