Brady Kelley, the new executive director of the National Association of Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO), is not a newcomer to the insurance industry. He brings to NAPSLO a unique view in insurance regulation. Kelley spent the last 13 years working with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners with oversight in the divisions of finance, products and services, and technical services. In this interview with Insurance Journal's Andrea Ortega-Wells from the annual National Association of Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) annual convention in San Diego, Kelley discusses his first impression of NAPSLO's well-known annual convention and his hopes for the future of the association.
