Max Drucker, company co-founder and CEO, says his service protects employers from liability in hiring decisions and protects employees from discriminatory information being used in hiring. Drucker, who helped build the insurance web application company Steel Card that was bought by ChoicePoint, suggests insurance companies might use web monitoring in investigating claims in this interview with Insurance Journal's Andrew Simpson.
