Martin O'Brien is president of Allied Insurance Brokers. He is also on the Board of Directors for Target Markets. Martin's assignment is to organize educational seminars geared toward program administrators. The seminars will provide an opportunity for underwriting managers of various program administrators and their counterparts at insurance companies to meet and exchange ideas. Currently there aren't courses geared toward program administrators, but Target Markets hopes to fill the void by the 2005 midyear meeting.
