An Ohio-based property/casualty insurer is the final stages of national initiative that utilizes gamification to help educate agents on the specialized products and services it offers for the residential and recreational markets and the campaign is looking like a success, according to two of the company's marketing executives who are heading up the program. American Modern Insurance Group, headquartered in the Cincinnati area, launched its "Most Confident Agent" campaign in October, with the aim of engaging its partner agents through fast-learn videos and confidence quizzes. Tammy Nelson, chief experience officer at American Modern Insurance Group and Brent Floyd, director of Creative Services, describe the company's innovative agent education strategy, the goal of which is not only to empower agents with knowledge about American Modern products but also to drive growth.
