NAPSLO recently celebrated its 30th anniversary with over 2,800 attendees in Orlando, Fla. The show had to move to Orlando because the organization had outgrown all of the largest hotels in Miami, NAPSLO's birthplace. Dick attributes NAPSLO's success to the fact that both companies and brokers ("manufacturers and distributors of the product" in Dick's parlance) are voting members. In this exclusive Insurance Journal interview, Dick takes a few moments out of his hectic conference schedule to explain NAPSLO's many varied accomplishments to Andrea.
