Jeremy Norby is a Big "I" young agent working with Seitz Insurance in Sidney, Montana. He was the recipient of this year's Maurice Herndon Scholarship from the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. The scholarship is presented to one young agent each year, allowing the recipient to attend the Big "I" Legislative Conference free of charge. Norby spoke with Insurance Journal's Young Ha at this year's conference to discuss the Big "I" meeting and the opportunities for young agents.
