Among the many provisions of the Affordable Care Act is one creating the position of navigator, someone who helps consumers navigate the new health insurance websites and options. Agents and a number of states have had concerns about the role, licensing and regulation of navigators and the controversy is far from over. Here Wes Bissett, senior counsel for the Big "I", discusses the issues states and agents have with the Obama Administration over navigators and also why agents feel shut out of the ACA.
