Independent agents have spoken--the results of the 2013 Real Time Survey are in. And according to agents Joyce Sigler and Stu Durland, Co-Chairs of the industry's Real Time/Download Campaign, the survey confirms what they already knew: Real Time workflows increase efficiency and save agencies time.
