Diversity is more than just a buzzword in both the cannabis and insurance industries, where efforts to increase the number of women and minorities in leadership roles have been ongoing. In cannabis, a number of states have social equity programs to encourage ownership, and there are several organizations focusing on fostering greater diversity in the industry.
