New IIABCal President Looks Out on 2013

Tabb Randolph, the newly named president of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of California, thinks the Affordable Care Act is chief among things agents and brokers will have to deal with in the near future. Randolph, a legacy agent with Wraith, Scarlett & Randolph Insurance Services Inc. in Woodland, Calif., discussed his role with the organization, its direction and how politics may affect agents and brokers.
