Stability in North Carolina Auto Insurance: Commissioner Goodwin
Newly-re-elected North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin downplays the calls for changes to the state's auto insurance rating system that he thinks works rather well. Goodwin tells Insurance Journal's Andy Simpson that he is worried that the auto insurance complaints may drown out the efforts to fix the homeowners market, where he says there is a real crisis needing attention.
