R Street Insurance Think Tank Forms After Split with Heartland Institute

Eli Lehrer and his free market insurance research team have split from the Heartland Institute over the latter’s controversial “terrorist” campaign against global warming. Lehrer is reorganizing a new conservative insurance center called the R Street Institute. Here Lehrer discusses the split with Heartland and what to expect from his new research and public policy group.
