How Calif. Agent Started His Agency

Yes, finding markets is a challenge. So is financing. And the soft market doesn’t help. But Phil Hakopian managed to overcome these and other obstacles to launch his Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. agency, Cornerstone Commercial Insurance Services.
