Mission Accomplished with Liberty Mutual

Shane Crockett served 13 years in the U.S. Navy and then several years as an engineer in the private sector before enlisting in Liberty Mutual’s corporate development program. Today he is a regional underwriting vice president. In this interview with Insurance Journal’s Andy Simpson, Crockett explains how his Liberty Mutual job is not only drawing on the analytical and leadership skills he learned in the military but also restoring the sense of purpose he felt while in the Navy. This podcast and story are part of a series on veterans in the insurance industry.
