3 Key Challenges Facing Agents in 2012

In this podcast with Bob Rusbuldt, CEO of Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, Bob articulates what he believes are the three biggest challenges facing independent agents and brokers in 2012. He also outlines several IIABA initiatives, such as Project CAP, that are being launched to help agents meet the three challenges of 1) needed revenue, 2) regulatory and legislative activities, and 3) changing consumer behavior. Bob explains why he’s optimistic about the future of the IA distribution system and why he believes the year will offer new opportunities.
