Gridlock in a Divided Congress? Maybe Not.
The nation now has a divided Congress: Republicans control the House, Democrats control the Senate. For many, this is a recipe for gridlock. But Leigh Ann Pusey, president and CEO of the industry's American Insurance Association, isn’t so sure.
