Optimizing Search Engine Marketing

Paradiso Insurance president Chris Paradiso says successful use of search engine marketing has given his agency a 30% conversation rate in sales this year. But the agency’s recent sales success doesn’t come at a cost. In this interview with Adam DeGraide, Paradiso explains how monitoring closing ratio and a commitment to finding the right employees has benefited his business.
