    Insurance fraud can be, and is, perpetuated against consumers by insurers.

    TWIA claiming wind breaking/damaging shingles tar sealant bonds is now not shingle damage somehow defrauds claimants, if TWIA knows better, or not.

    State Farm claiming 8.25% sales tax on the gross value of replacement costs covers the materials sales tax calculation, somehow, defrauds others.

    Allstate pretending that general contractors should not add overhead and profit costs to roofing projects, quashes and defrauds others.
