D&O’s Silver Lining

Financial institutions have been hard hit financially and pricing for directors’ and officers’ liability insurance is hardening, says Trevor Howard of Liberty International Underwriters, in this interview with Insurance Journal’s Andrea Wells. Howards says one silver lining that may come out of the credit crisis is the need for companies to reassess their D&O limits. And what to expect this year? Howard says, all signs point to a hardening of the market.
