Massachusetts Commissioner Sizes Up Managed Competition

Since it went into effect earlier this year, deregulation has brought both hiccups and pleasant surprises to the Massachusetts personal auto insurance industry. In this exclusive, wide-ranging interview with Insurance Journal’s Ken St. Onge, Insurance Commissioner Nonnie Burnes reflects on those ups and downs, as well as other key issues facing the Bay State’s property/casualty insurance landscape.
