Employment Practices Liability Landmines

Today’s businesses face an increasing number of employment practices liability insurance landmines, more than can be counted, says Philip Voluck, managing partner at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP, in Pennsylvania. Voluck says one of the biggest EPLI exposures may be the overly-intrusive employer.
