As the professional liability market sits in the midst of a soft market, there are current events and potential liabilities that underwriters should be paying close attention to, says Bruce Eisler, vice president of Liberty International Underwriters. Underwriters need to be cognizant of the environment risks and be wary of what litigation costs could be in the future, he says.
