I have been closely following the recent Fire events in California. My daughter Lisa lives in LA close to LAX with her 2 young boys and husband.

I have seen Farmers’ Catastrophe Bus in action, and just watched Paul Hopkins’ interview with THE INSURANCE JOURNAL at Qualcomm.

I am very proud with the way Farmers is handling this huge disaster.

Farmers’ competitors sure can learn a thing or two about how to treat others, and their own customers from Farmers Insurance. They should just follow Farmers Lead. Please continue to show them the way to do claims right.

I have worked for Farmers for 2 1/2 years now, and these are the reasons I’m going to be with Farmers until I retire 30 years from now: Farmers is always changing and developing ways to keep our customers taken care of. The Cat bus is such a wonderful tool that came about after we learned from the hurricanes Rita and Katrina. I am so proud to work for the helppoint: I’ve witnessed first hand our department RESTRUCTURE itself within a few days time to prepare for the additional property claims and to help our customers. We are working overtime and I want all our customers to know we are here for you 24/7 and our hearts go out to you!

These fires are so tragic! I personally know that in the 30 plus years I have worked at Farmers, I have seen Farmers jump forward to the front line in any type of situation like this.

Farmers honestly and sincerely cares for ALL people, not only our Policy Holders but everyone!

At the Floyd & Hendricks Agency I have worked for Farmers Insurance for my father and now my son. Farmers was there for our customers when a tornado ripped through the outskirts of our community. I have Farmers in texas, was hit by last hurricane in Sept. and everything they say is true I had check for temporary living and food next day! Keep it up Farmers!!
