The max assessment is $1400 per year.
He is hedging saying "might see in voluntary market"
Again E&O does NOT cover bankrupcy or insolvency of the voluntary market companies.
so a Insured/client is SOL after a storm.
I would believe that President Obama will come to the aid of "Citizens" the Florida State run insuring company before the private insurers afer the Bank and Auto bail out.
Sometimes we dont really know whats good for us.
I am sure we did not like everything our Mom and Dad told us to do or eat or did not let us do or say. But hey looking back they were right. They knew from experience what was good for us and what wasn't.

Voluntary market BULL they aren't finacially viable. How much do you think 10 million dollars would cover after a Hurricane.
Independent agents have no coverage under their E & O coverage for insolvency or bankrupcy of the companies they represents Check it out! If the PUP companies do not have money to back up their promise to clients based on their little to no assets then why not go to Citizen's. Govenor Crist/Madoff will go to Obama for relief. There is no financially viable voluntary market as soon as or if State Farm leaves.

Hey Bad Faith money does not go to the Insured/client.

Independents should be ashamed of themselves for not fighting during the past legislative session to fight for HB 1171 Freedom of Choice.
Govenor Crist will Hang Kevin McCarty out to dry when this all hits the Fan. Just wait and see its happening already.
