Mystic Capital has partnered with Target Markets to produce a bi-annual Benchmarking survey. The 2005 survey, which is out now, is specifically focused for program administrators. It allows administrators to benchmark their business in terms of income and expense, technology, efficiency and productivity, policy administration, staffing and compensation, marketing and risk management. Mystic Capital and Target Markets has received excellent feedback from the 2003 survey, and expect similar feedback from the 2005 survey.
