Steven Linkous, president and CEO of the Harford Mutual Insurance Company in Maryland, became the new chairman of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies in September. Tax and international insurance policies are high on the agenda list. Linkous elaborated during a recent interview with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer, at the Property/Casualty Insurance Joint Industry Forum on Jan. 17.
