Will we see more P/C insurer M&A action in 2017? Not right away. Sean McDermott, a director at Willis Towers Watson sees mergers and acquisitions slowing in the first part of the year, but speeding up again after that. He explained this in detail during an interview with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer at the Property/Casualty Insurance Joint Industry Forum in New York on Jan. 17.
