NAIIA Descends on Rancho Mirage

Attendees descended on Rancho Mirage, California recently for the 68th Annual National Association of Independent Adjusters Conference, featuring educational sessions, an exhibit hall, and more. The NAIIA is made up of some 300 independently-owned property and casualty claims adjusting companies located nationwide. Claimsguides.com Online Editor Dave Thomas spoke with outgoing NAIIA President Tom Moss from Tenco (www.tenco.com) and incoming President Dane Havard of Northern Adjusters (www.nadj.com). Moss and Havard spoke about the current state of the claims industry, challenges facing adjusters, and how the NAIIA is serving members, among a number of topics.
